The apple device driver was never on my computer, however, I was able to install it after installing a program called 'Driver Update' for some reason when I downloaded the 'Apple mobile device driver' it did not install, but after downloading the driver update program, there was no problem and the file installed without a hitch. Going into the properties of the Bluetooth USB Host Controller the device status reads: 'The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. Improvements and fixes

This update includes a fix for an incorrect device driver (“Microsoft – WPD – 2/22/2016 12:00:00 AM - 5.2.5326.4762”) that was released by a third-party on March 8, 2017 that affected a small group of users with USB connected phones or other media devices that rely on Media Transfer Protocol (MTP). If the driver is on your system, when any of these devices are connected, Windows will try to install this driver. These devices will not be connected until the driver is removed. This incorrect driver was removed from Windows Update the same day, but it may have been downloaded to your computer. After installing this update the incorrect driver will be removed.

The STSW-STM32102 software package contains four installation files based on the various versions of the Microsoft ® operating system. OS versions prior to Windows ® 7 are compatible with the Windows ® 7 installations included in the package. Starting from Windows ® 10, the STSW-STM32102 driver is no more adequate and the usage of the native inbox driver is recommended.
